Awesome Time!
Great place! House overlooks a lush farming valley. Easy access just minutes from Montrose. Very accommodating modern home! Super clean, comfortable beds, big porch to enjoy these beautiful Colorado mornings. Would definitely recommend

Awesome Getaway
We so enjoyed our time here with family. We went to the hot springs and Box Canyon in Ouray, four-wheeling on the Alpine Loop, and drove into Telluride on Last Dollar Road. We went to the balloon festival in Delta, visited some antique shops in Montrose and went paddle boarding on Rampart Reservoir. All of these activities within an hour or two of this beautiful property. The house was a cool retreat and base for all of these fun adventures. We had four teenagers and four adults with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed cooking together in the evenings, followed by playing games around the dining room table. The deck provided an amazing view to watch wildlife in the morning with a cup of coffee. We would love to come back and visit again and would recommend this place to our friends.

Great Quiet Getaway
This place is amazing! What an incredible stay we had. If you’re looking to enjoy the peace & quiet this is a truly wonderful place to stay. The sunset views from the porch are fantastic!! The house is gorgeous, clean & very comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need for an amazing vacation. It is the perfect place to unwind & relax. My husband & I especially enjoyed our mornings sitting out on the front porch. The house felt very open & bright, with great views. Town was just a short, 20 min drive & we found plenty of great food options. (Colorado Boy Pizza was fantastic!) Getting to town was easy, as the highway is not far from the house. We found a beautiful backroad you can take also if you don’t want to take the highway & would rather enjoy the country views on your drive. There are so many incredible places to explore nearby such as Ouray, Grand Mesa & Telluride. We really enjoyed visiting beautiful Ouray, going to the hot springs & shopping downtown!Also, snowshoeing at the nearby Black Canyon was just breathtaking. I highly recommend this beautiful property for your next Colorado vacation!

Loved this cabin, having drinks at night on the balcony and not sweating from the heat like I would in Texas was great. Master suite was huge and comfy.

Beautiful cabin with a great view! It had everything we needed including comfortable beds! The only thing that could’ve made it better were a few more chairs for the outside deck. Otherwise, great experience!

Nice and Quiet
Great place to stay in colorado. Very nice interior. beds are comfy and cozy. Great wrap around porch for morning coffee. There are a few quarks with the rules and a few places you can't access. But overall a nice place to stay. The owner is really great. We left our camera, and he sent it via fedex to us immediately. We just sent him a check in the mail for the cost.

Far enough outside of town but still close enough to run in for groceries and extras! Super quiet area but loved the views!

Log Cabin Feel
We enjoyed the quiet, country atmosphere of the home. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. Beds comfortable, plush towels, etc. Very windy so we didn't have opportunity to sit on porch. Such beautiful scenery. Black Canyon was AMAZING! Recommend, good value for nice property.
